  • Tenant screening and leasing support

  • Online tenant and owner portal access

Services may vary depending on management agreements and applicable state and local laws.


2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have legal authority to enter into binding agreements;
  • All information you provide is accurate and current.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Authorize us to act within the scope of signed management agreements;
  • Pay all agreed management fees and expenses.

6. Payments and Fees

  • Rent, fees, deposits, and other charges are due as stated in lease or management agreements;
  • Late payments may incur additional fees;
  • Returned payments or failed transactions may result in processing fees;
  • Certain online payment processors may charge convenience fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or reverse payments suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.


7. Maintenance Requests

Maintenance requests submitted through our systems are subject to scheduling, vendor availability, and property owner authorization where required.

Emergency maintenance should be reported immediately through the designated emergency contact procedures.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Third-party contractors;
  • Supply shortages;
  • Severe weather;
  • Utility failures;
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
